Name- Scott Marshall 
Interests - I have been Interested In the health and fitness industry for a good number of years  my interest started In 2013 when  I took my journey to lose weight  by doing Metafit / G-cycle classes at Glasgow club with a gym programme Incorporated and I lost 2 stone in under 6 weeks with a strict diet plan and training plan  from then My passion Grew instantly to become a Personal Trainer to help People who want to achieve there goals in life with a combined hard working enjoyable sessions and also giving good nutritional Advice in line with the National healthy eating guidelines . I Enjoy Running 10k Events and Cycling when I have free time and developing my own Fitness Education by always expanding and doing different courses to keep up to date with The health and fitness Industry . I also attend  studio Cycling Classes which keeps my cardiovascular Training up to the highest order  . I  do Personal Training For Glasgow Club At Scotstoun & Whitehill & Emirates .
